I built this website for the Shirley Flores who is associated with the Forest City Adventist Church. She organizes an annual walk/run event for kids and elder to create awareness forJuvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA). She wanted a landing page with nice banner and information about the program. She also wanted online registration and payment functionality. Requirement includes allowing person to be able to register himself and others such as family members and sign consent form and indicate t-shirt size for each person.
Used Contact Form 7 to build the input forms.
